Partnership with Parents

There are very few other places that have been able to come close to the high standard set by your staff at Toptotz. I am sure that you aware of the good service you provide parents and children and I wanted to bring to your attention my extremely positive experiences. As a first time parent I initially found the search for child care to be quite daunting, but from my very first visit to Toptotz I was made to feel welcome and found your staff to be well informed and very clear about how young children learn. My daughter was made to feel part of a group immediately, she settled well and has loved being at the Nursery. She loves the staff and always has lots to say after a day at Toptotz!! - Miss. H. You cared for him not only well, but sweetly, loving him as I do when we are apart. I cannot bear to think what I would do without you all. Just a quick thank you to you all for everything you have done for my daughter whilst she has been at Toptotz. You really have helped her become the confident little girl that she is today. Thank you for all the love and kindness you have given my son in his time at Toptotz. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. Simply the best, better than all the rest! Toptotz from Cambrian Street have been voted “Creche” of the year! by me, “It’s my way of saying, ‘Thank you very much’ for the way you looked after my Drama Queen! “Thank you all so much for looking after me when I was there! I had lots of fun and my mammy says you’re the best!! I really like my new big school. It’s lots of fun, but whenever I go past Toptotz, I always remember that’s where I went! My mammy says I’m still a Drama Queen, because I cry for two minutes in my big school, but she doesn’t take any notice. She tells my teacher she is used to it! Lots of Love - T.D.
