Fees
To register your child at Toptotz you will be asked to complete a contract. If there are no spaces available at this time you will be placed on the waiting list.
Fees are payable weekly or monthly in advance by Cash or Standing Order.
Fees include all sick days, holidays and bank holidays, except for one week during the Christmas Holidays.
If your child is absent due to sickness or holiday, full fees are still payable. No exceptions can be made as overheads still have to be met.
If you fall into arrears of 2 weeks or more please speak to a member of the management team.
EMPLOYERS VOUCHERS
We are registered with a variety of voucher providers that enable you to pay for your childcare before tax straight from your salary.
NOTICE PERIOD
Once your child is attending nursery one months notice must be given if you wish to terminate your child’s place.

Important Notes:
- Any hours required outside of these session times will be charged at the full day rate.
- A £4 charge per day applies to children under the Flying Start or Childcare offer scheme to cover meals and snacks.
- Late drop-offs or pick-ups (more than 10 minutes) will incur a £10 charge.
- Please ensure all standing orders and direct debits are amended by Monday 6th April 2026.
